Shining Stars Luncheon

Artwork Submission and Guideline Form

• Interest forms (below) should be received by August 22, 2007 in order to be an Accepted Artist for the Shining Stars luncheon

• Limitations of exhibition space restrict the number of works that can be accepted.  One submission allowed per artist

• Participating artists are responsible for delivering artwork no later than Thursday, September 13, 2007 to the Trinity Arts Gallery located in the Bedford Boys Ranch at 2819 R.D. Hurt Parkway, Bedford, Texas between the hours of 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Thursday. (arrangements can be made for after hours delivery or for someone to pick up your artwork)

• Complete and return the biographical form with your artwork

• Artwork should not exceed 54” in any dimension

• Two-dimensional art must be framed (unless gallery wrap) and ready to hang by means of wire and screw eye. (no saw tooth hangers)

• The Arts League assumes ownership of accepted works of art until auctioned or sold

• The Arts League reserves the right to photograph works of art for promotion and documentation

• The Arts League reserves the right to return material that is not representative of its mission or that is unsuitable for exhibition and auction

• If your artwork is accepted, you will receive an invitation to the VIP Reception October 2, 2007 at the Colleyville Center. (If not accepted, you will be notified when to pick up your artwork)

• Awards will be announced at the VIP reception.  Awards are: Best of Show-$500;  First Award-$250;  Second Award- $150; Third Award-$100
